Stop trusting. Start owning.
Blockd Home is the device that runs your private messaging, calls, files, email, passwords, and AI — on hardware you own, in a house no provider can subpoena. Privacy you can verify, not promised.

Most privacy companies ask for trust. We engineered around it. Cloud convenience without cloud surveillance.
Big Tech’s privacy promises run on infrastructure you don’t own, funded by a business model that profits from your data. Even the privacy apps you trust — Signal, ProtonMail, iMessage — still ask one critical favor: trust us. Trust us not to log it. Trust us not to share it. Trust us not to get hacked, served, sold, or quietly change our minds in five years. We don’t think trust is a privacy strategy. We think architecture is.
Mode 1: Free app + our relays
Same trust model as Signal. We say we don’t store your data; you take our word for it. Fine for most people, most threat models.
Mode 2: Premium + Tor
Your traffic routes through Tor before it reaches us. We don’t see your IP. Network observers don’t see Blockd. Less trust required. Still some.
Mode 3: Blockd Home (P2P)
With Blockd Home, your phone routes everything through your home device — messaging, email, drive, AI, all of it. Your home is the cloud. Our servers are completely optional. Zero trust required — by network topology, not promise.
One device. One trust model. Your entire private stack.
Blockd Home isn’t just for messaging. It’s the foundation of a privacy ecosystem you’ll never have to glue together from five different apps owned by five different companies. Messaging, voice, video, and Tor today. Mail, Drive, Vault, and Intelligence ship as free software updates to your hardware over 2027–2028. The device you buy on Day 1 runs every future feature.
Messaging and groups
End-to-end encrypted. Disappearing messages. EXIF-stripped media.
Voice and video calls
Peer-to-peer WebRTC, optional Tor routing.
Blockd Drive
Encrypted file storage and sync across your devices.
Blockd Vault
Password manager with native autofill, family vaults.
Blockd Intelligence
Private local AI for summaries, smart replies, semantic search, voice-to-text. Runs on your device.
Tor onion service mode
Your home server reachable as an onion address.
Every Blockd Home Device receives the full sovereign cloud — Drive, Vault, Intelligence — free via software update as each module ships. No subscriptions. No upsells. The hardware you buy on Day 1 is the hardware that runs every future feature.
Real local intelligence from day one. Bigger when you push it.
Privacy isn’t something we promise. It’s something you own.
Software can be updated. Companies can pivot. Policies change. The strongest privacy architecture in the world still depends on a company keeping its word — until you take the hardware home. Here’s what most privacy companies can’t offer: your Blockd Home device replaces our cloud — for everything. Messaging, voice, video, email, encrypted drive, password manager, on-device AI — every Blockd product you use from your phone routes through your Home device, not our servers. Your home is the cloud. Wherever you go, your phone connects back to your hardware. Even your messages to people without a Home device leave your house addressed directly to their device. Your half of every conversation, every file, every password, every AI prompt — never touches our infrastructure. Blockd cannot read it, store it, or be served a subpoena for it. We are not in the path. That’s what we mean by trustless. Not a promise. A network topology.

Your devices encrypt every message before it leaves your phone.
Our content-blind relay forwards opaque ciphertext to your Blockd Home device.
Your home device decrypts and delivers — and never sends plaintext to our servers.
We cannot read your messages. We cannot read your files. We cannot read your AI prompts. We cannot be subpoenaed for any of it. That is not a promise — it is the architecture.
Inside the hardware
Built to be owned, not subscribed.

Engineered for thermal headroom
A milled aluminum heatsink covers the entire sloped roof of the chassis, dissipating heat from the Rockchip RK3588 SoC and the dedicated Hailo-8 neural processing unit. Twenty-six TOPS of on-device AI runs without a fan, without a vent, without ever sending your data to the cloud.

Built to connect
Gigabit Ethernet, HDMI 2.1, USB-C, two USB 3.0 ports, an SD card slot, and a recessed power switch. Every port you need to run a privacy hub at home, none of the surveillance vectors you don’t.

Designed to disappear
Matte black anodized aluminum. Brushed chamfer reveals at the corners. A single thin LED status bar. Blockd Home is meant to live on the shelf next to the things you reach for every day — not to announce itself, just to be there when you need it.
The private internet appliance. Compare… then decide.
Roadmap items ship via free software update to existing Blockd Home Devices. No new hardware required.

Pricing.
No tricks. No telemetry-opt-in discounts. The first 250 backers get the launch price. V1 is a single-SKU limited-batch run capped at 2,000 units. Super Early Bird starts at $649 (first 250 backers), Early Bird $699 (next 750), Standard $749 after that. V1 ships with 32 GB unified memory, 256 GB SSD, and a dedicated Hailo-8 AI accelerator (26 TOPS) for real on-device intelligence — stack-able with optional USB AI accelerators if you want more, and network-aware so it can route heavy workloads to a GPU on your home LAN. Subscribers to this list get a 48-hour exclusive window to claim Super Early Bird pricing before the campaign opens publicly.

Built by someone who’d want to use it.

I started Blockd because I couldn’t find a privacy stack I actually trusted. Every “private” service I evaluated still required me to take someone’s word for it. That’s not privacy. That’s an honor system with a marketing budget.
Encryption protects what you say. It doesn’t protect who you are, where you are, or who you talk to. Real privacy needs a different architecture — one where the company in the middle can’t see your data even if it wanted to, even if it were forced to.
Blockd Home is that architecture made physical. A device in your house, running your messaging, calls, files, and AI — trustless by network topology, not by promise. This is the foundation of a privacy ecosystem I want to use myself, and the one I want my family on for the next twenty years.
Founder & CEO, Blockd
Fazri leads engineering at Blockd. He brings deep experience in distributed systems, container orchestration, and consumer hardware integration. The Blockd platform — Kubernetes-based messaging, voice, video, and the architecture behind Blockd Home — was built under his direction from day one as if untrusted infrastructure was the baseline, not the exception.
If you care about the technical details — and we hope you do — Fazri is the person whose engineering decisions you’ll be living with.
CTO & Co-founder, Blockd
A 7-person team. Building Blockd full-time. Since October 2024.
Block Enterprises was formed in October 2024. Behind Josh and Fazri sits a dedicated full-time engineering team from our strategic partner Titan Games — Lead Engineer, Senior Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Engineer, and Project Manager — who joined in June 2025 and now hold equity in Blockd. This is not a side project. Nearly two years of continuous engineering brought us to the public TestFlight beta in May 2026, and the same team is shipping Blockd Home.
